Participants should represent the highest decision-makers within a program. To cover more ground, this year's Directors Roundtables will be broken into three 90-minute blocks: 1. Legal / organizational structures, staff management (independent contractors vs. employees, for example) Note that there will be no "experts" in any of this stuff teaching at the Roundtables - our goal is to share our experiences and learn from each other. You must be the owner or director of a circus studio or program to participate in the Roundtables.
